In the last year i've seriously cut down on drinking - managed to "drop a jean size" woo! but what's worrying is that when i do drink to excess - maybe once a month, i can drink 8 pints+..... i mean i feel terrible for a few days but i never seem to puke... unless i throw in an "apres-pub" spliff, again a rare occurence these days...
anyway, i'm off to get nailed at paintballing now up at pately bridge... wish i was takin the bike.. havent ridden gouthwaite since i were a nipper!
