Front and rear Phil Wood hubbed wheels. Both are 32 hole and both hubs are in good - very good condition with no cracks or dings. If critical they could do with a bit of a polish.
I am not massively familiar with the brand but know they are high end from the west coast of the US and are still going today. I would be using these now if I had something suitable!
Rear hub is for 130mm spacing (not sure if this is easy to change), the bearings (cartridge) are pretty good but could be better and it takes a freewheel type cassette. I will include the 7 speed sachs one already attached as I have misplaced my tool! The spokes are all stainless and the rear (drive side) is snow flaked.
Silver / chrome Campagnolo rim with very very little wear.
Front hub is 100mm spacing, the bearings (cartridge) are smooth as butter.
Silver Campagnolo rim is very worn and needs replacing really.
Pics to follow.
For now, the hubs are the same as these,
