I am outraged by that GT seller.
How dare they do a close up of that rear mech cable, and then park it in the Granny gear for the photo shoot.
Do they really think people will believe that that bike has been loved.

I’ve noticed an increase in sellers with unrealistic expectations of what their kit is worth recently. Some are taking it very personally when you offer a more realistic sum.

it is undeniable that there was a bubble, but it has now burst and prices are slowly returning to more reasonable levels.

I do feel sorry for those who ‘bought high’, but that’s the way it goes. This was always a hobby, not an investment opportunity.

So totally agree with this. When kit is sitting for weeks/months unsold due to the high expected price the market has spoken . There isn't some high roller waiting to awake from a coma to pay your price. Take a realistic view
