Yep, they are which is why it's confusing. It looks like they've been applied on top of the splatter rather than underneath.

The forks seem to be 1992 as well. But all components are from earlier. I suspect as stated, a way to clear the unsold frames of 1990..

Unless there are small differences, decals could also be 91, when there was a pink hahanna. Same pink?

So maybe they used the hahanna paint with some blue splatter to sell left over 1990 cinder cones...?

There was quite a lot of variation at the dealers, & your correct 1991, not 1992! decals :facepalm:

For example the 1991 Lavadome was supposed to to come with Deore dx thumbshifters and dx brake lever.

Lots of dealerships spec them with 500lx rapidfire. Kona seemed quite fluid with parts at the time..

Yeah looks like a 1991 frame/setup.

Have seen maybe three others like this , so maybe they did a handful in this rare colour scheme. The ones I have seen have just had the K decal on the down tube aswell.
