Nice 60cm frame with quality lugs. Looks to have been re-sprayed by Argos (not quite the right colour IMHO - looks a bit mid 80s). Has the original single Stronglight/TA? crank and Primo stem. Can't gather much else from the photos but looks a total bargain to me.
The seller (not me) states it's a Clifton which research reveals to have been a shop in Birkenhead building frames during the 50's and maybe early 60s.
