I assume you mean 2004 for the Jetts as they evolved from the Indy, late 90 to early 00 which evolved from the Indy early 90 to mid 90.

I.e. not available till in the 00's

I do not know the exact date of the fork, but it is certainly post 2000.
I was basing 2004 as a retro typo, where all dates are still 199x by habit,
