Raleigh Torus Titanium Frame.. SWAP for Bike Mechanic!

Right here an unusual request.
I have a Titanium Torus frame plus Judy forks
plus Xt brakes and other accessories I willing to give to someone who can come round to my house ( reigate surrey) with tools and help me remove some cranks from the frame , fit them to one of my other bikes and also fix a broken Magura brake cable.
