Raleigh toothed headset spacer

Hi all - First time posting so apologies if this is in wrong section.

I've recently started restoring an old raleigh bike for my wife and have
hit a snag with the head tube spacer- it's an old toothed kind and has disintegrated;
please see a photo of what I have left.

I'm wondering if anyone knows how to track one down, or if there's a workaround?

What size is your head set ! inch or inch & 1/8 ?

Hi thanks for the reply. I'm not sure how much help this is, but the inside diamater of the part is 1inch (if i piece it back together) and the outside obviously a bit more.
