Some of you may have seen my thread in the MTB Chat, but I thought I'd start a new Build thread. I brought her home last Friday and I've started gathering some bits.
Bike was bought brand new back in 1989 as a Christmas prezzy by my parents and she's been with me ever since, but hasn't been rode since '95 ish.
Pumped the tyres up last friday, sprayed some WD40 on it and rode it up and down the road (although they didnt stay up long). Gear cables are seized, but brakes free'd up ok.
Found some new bars
and bought some new, old stock thumbie's (good old ebay)
