Raleigh sun solo

I recently got hold of this bike. It has a sun solo sticker on it although im not 100% sure it is an actual sun solo.

Any ideas on what it actually is? What year? And how much it is worth. It's in good condition so I'm looking to clean it up and us for university.

Any ideas etc would be great

I'm assuming I would need new tyres as it's been kept in a garage for 6 years. And of course a good clean

Looks like one of my pals' ones...circa 1983 IIRC. Low end stuff but decent enough as transport.
