From my own researching with a hard wired Raleigh Team enthusiast (he's got a ludicrous collection of road and BMX Raleigh! ), he thinks the SB frame numbering stopped in c.1992 at approx SB 135xx. This would drop in nicely with the end of the Raleigh Castorama building which would likely be the last time Raleigh produced bikes for European teams in the 90's. He also confirmed that the prefix SBW was also in use concurrent with SB, and showed me an SBW 10889 which was c.1990.
I really do hope they get their act together and start building to end competition frames again because the desire and the customer base is absolutely still there for high end custom and bespoke build bicycles and frame sets.
