Raleigh Special Products / 853 stickers?

looking at getting my old Raleigh frame powder coated but need some new transfers - who do you get them from these days? Only need a couple of Raleigh and SPD ones but figure the 853 ones might be harder to get

Can they go under the 2 pack laquer?

You can get Reynolds decals direct from Reynolds for all designs after about 1989, which 853 will be part of.
