Raleigh Special Products 631 Road Frame - What year is it?

Looking to work out what year and model frame this is?

I am unable to clearly see the frame number on the BB shell to work out the year.

Reynolds 631 came out in 1997.

Many thanks for the prompt reply cce.

Now found the Catalogue scan listed as 1997 on the site, its the same decals but Reynolds 631 is not listed.

On BikePedia the Raleigh range for 1998 has a different style of decal.

The 1999 Catalogue scan I have seen have different decals again.
