12 speed Raleigh Pro Race, 54cm.
Lugged Reynolds double butted 501 frame tubeS. Sachs Mallard QR hubs with eyeletted alloy Alesa rims. Shimano derailleurs & indexed Shimano shifters. Black Weinmann brake callipers & levers, the hoods are free from splits. Sakae 52t/42t crankset (still with its original stickers). Shimano 6 speed freewheel. Engraved alloy handle bars & fluted alloy seat post. Selle saddle. Plus the original white Raleigh frame pump, all the Cat Eye reflectors and I think the original bar tape!
I recently bought this from a friend, who inturn bought it from a chap who said it had been hanging in his loft for 15+years. Looks to be in very good condition with no rust so could be true!? It's had a few chips and scratches touched up to the white paint tho.
It was going to be my brothers 1st single speed conversion (would've been cheap an easy with the 6speed freewheel), but he's now bought a new Langster!
So before I ebay it I thought I'd offer it here. A new chain, white brake cables (inners & outers) are in the post and new gear cables are all ready to fit before its sold.
