Raleigh poss track ends?

Not a great photo is this anything interesting or just a hipster concoction? Doesn’t look like it is drilled for a rear brake and can’t quite make out in the photo but looks like track ends on it.

Looks like a Raleigh / Carlton Pro track frame. Lugs, oversized seat stay caps, diamonds brazed at rear bridge, fork crown etc points to Worksop

Probably worth a look for someone in the area, think it’s Lancashire. Not something I’m interested in unless it were local. As I said hard to see from that angle they honestly could be anything lots of BMX cranks came in gold too......
