Well this is my bike ive had it from New when the bike came out i bought it, i remember i was the only one with front suspension, and ive used the bike nearly every day from when i got it and only a few parts replaced.

one of the bits i had to change

if any one has any catalgues or anything like that could i see it

Based on the forks, I'd say 1999 but it could be a 1998.

A one owner retrobike is always cool - also cool that it has served you so well

Don't often see a bike with the saddle so low... I'm curious about that! Short rider/tall bike?

Also curious about the bars/forks/headset... Some sort of adaptor used there I suppose?

If that were mine I'd get in the for sale section and upgrade the rear mech, the chainset and the stem, I'd go back to a quill one like it would have had from new and probably consider upgrading the forks which might involve mucking around with the headset...

Tell you what though, that colour is LOUD! love it - And a bit of 4130 is spot on!

those are not 1994 parts i'm afraid, the EZ-Fire+ came about around 1997-1998

-yeah there is an adaptor used there to shorten the lenth for my riding stye

ive been looking for parts thats how i found this site as i said before hand ive changed a few parts over the years ive had the bike and tired to keep it going as i used it nearly ever day

that says he got it in 1995/6 so your 97/8 i think is wrong as i got my bike in 1996. plus the little bit of paper with the date on it from when i got the bike says it.

late 96 for the 97 model year is feasible.

i know.... i had some of the previous design back in the day, and a brand new 1996MY bike

it also has V brakes, these are 1997 onwards
