Good question. The dyna-tech's were earlier than the m-trax for starters but the sticker at the base of the seat tube would elude to the quality of tubing.
I think the dyna-tech is 1992/93 and the MT-3 was pretty high in the quality stakes. The M-Trax looks to be later (94-96?) and of a much lower spec.
