Raleigh Colour Codes - Raleigh Touch Up Paint

To add to the listings, I found yesterday the RALPAR Accessories touch-up paint enamel provided with my 1989 (purchased new) in UK Raleigh Eclipse 12. The Raleigh catalogue of the time describes the colour as Pearl White, but the touch up supplied is "RTU 053, WARM WHITE, Use 999 Primer". For the 3rd Eclipse 12 I own located in Germany, last summer I bought "RAL9010 Pure White" after using an RAL colour chart against the bike frame which is a good match. Pearl Whites on the RAL chart were too yellow.

4 Questions:

1. Is there a Raleigh UK colour code listing (other than the one above) to which I can add my input? I have found a Raleigh USA listing on Google Docs (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_J5EQPnvvV-m0jCz_pjHNm-He40XJAYZkFoo1Lc01vo/edit?pli=1&tab=t.0), but not an equivalent for UK.

2. My touch up appears to have a date code ("DL") on the silver coloured rim at the top of the 12.5ml can. Is it a date code? Can anyone cross reference it? I looked at the photos of the ebay purchase above but didn't see any similar markings.

3. What colour is 999 Primer?

4. Does anyone know who Raleighs paint supplier of the late 1980's was?

Thanks all, & happy cycling.
I reckon that information will of been lost when they closed the paint shop at Nottingham many years ago .
Raleigh did so many colour variations over the years pinning down a colour match will be difficult.
As said nail varnish works well on small chips.
I have have been given some odd looks when wandering around Boots with a bike frame on my shoulder.
