Raleigh/Carlton? - Would like help to ID frame

I hope someone can help me out here

This is my son's old bike he used for school...nice and rough to deter thieves
I wonder if it could be a Raleigh or Carlton? If so what model?
The serial is WN000129 which if I understand correctly could mean Worksop, Sept 1980, frame #129

I can't find any frames exactly like this with Google however
It has fender tabs, Suntour dropouts, 27.2 seatpost, is 700c and has band-on down-tube shifter bosses

I know it's not anything special, I don't care about that, I'd just like to perhaps tidy it up with new paint and correct decals

Hi, the number is typically Raleigh / Carlton with the dates you suggest. I certainly don't recognise it as a UK model and the cable guides brazed on the top tube are completely baffling to me if it came from Workshop.

Any idea why its badged as a Fellini?

Yes, the cable guides are what makes it hard for me to match to photos of other frames

The frame has been painted at some time in it's past so I guess the Fellini stickers were fitted then...I suspect it's just a made up name of no importance

Now that's one I haven't seen in the flesh, is that a UK advert? The advert has under bb guides but is the closest to the op. The op lugs don't look like Bocama though?
