Only a fool would deny Campagnolos place in history mate. When I ran 50s and 60s bikes did I use Cyclo, Benelux, Simplex? No!! Gran Sport every time. The best mech of the period. They just ignored the advances the Japanese were making sadly.No prob’s mate, - when you’re too old to ride you’ll appreciate the rest of their stuff
The Cinelli model 1 road is really great looking stem. I was thinking about getting one with the riveted badge for a project but the price for those is just too much so I went with "Milano" stamped early version 1A . One steel stem I might have to get (my 60s DBS is missing its original cockpit) is the Titan Luxe but those have clamp diameter of 27.0mm so I would also have get the Maes-Kint handlebars...Personal favourites: elegant Ibis Titanium and Cinelli ‘Milano’ -
