The pads are in good condition. See photo below. "Luxury" pads with a fabric covering are also available from Profile. but if you are using them with long sleeves such extravagance is not necessary.


The fixing brackets are to suit 26.0, which was the standard for Profile, Cinelli and other major manufacturers prior to the new oversize coming in. If you really do need 26.4 (which I doubt) then a bit of judicious filing with a 1/2" diameter round file and some decent engineering skills should do the trick. See following photo of brackets.

It is 26.0 and fits most Italian bars. If your bars are Cinelli you need to check because they changed from 26.4 to 26.0 at some point (I think late 80s).
