I'm building up the Carlton / Raleigh Pro I bought recently and have got myself a tasty Cinelli quill stem for it. However, I want to get some Deda bars as I prefer the shape to the older Cinellis still around (they're also a 3rd of the price!)
Been a while since I quill stemmed as my current retros are running A-Head stem adapters, but i want the cleaner look of a quill on this one. With only a 0.2mm difference, IIRC I can still tighten properly without issue? It's 25.6 that is more of a problem?
I'll start a thread on the rebuild soon.
It's the red frame that is lovingly painted and stickered as a Raleigh Pro, but when the pictures hit this site it was identified as a Carlton Pro (Which was what I wanted). Keeping the Raleigh for the time being as seems daft to undo a brand new and very nicely done paintjob.
