Question? Which derailleur hanger do I need?

The problem is this:

I bought a second hand Kona Jake the Snake a couple of years ago from Biff (of The Outcast infamy), and I want to order a spare derailleur hanger for it, but I'm not sure of the year.

It's the year with the red front and blue rear triangle, 9-speed Shimano 105 transmission and Avid Shorty 4 cantilevers. I't's at home, and I'm at work so I can't check the frame number at the moment.

Can anybody help narrow it down to the year from this information? Or, even better, let me know which hanger I need to order?

Paint scheme is the same "shape" as 2003 but red at the front,, blue at the rear.
