Hi
I'm swapping elastomers on a Manitou 2 fork , and for disassembly, do I need to hold the lower screw & dropout assembly in place while unscrewing the main bolt from the top? I though they were separate assemblies but when I turn the main bolt from the top the bottom assembly turn as well. I'm using the long Manitou wrench as well.
I've got the manual from suspension fork parts but it doesn't describe disassembly very well. In fact, I find it quite confusing.
