Question on exceeding PMs

I have a few PMs that were not delivered due to exceeding my allocated space. I have since deleted at least 150 or more and it's still not releasing the PM. Am I overlooking something?

There is a link at the top of your messages homepage you need to click after clearing space. Can't remember what it says exactly but along the line of 'click to release held messages'.

Of course if the messages are showing sitting in your outbox, it might just be that the person hasn't read it yet (it only moves to Sent once the person reads it).
