Question: Fork Length for Clockwork Orange 21" 1992

Just brought a 1992 Clockwork Orange 21" 1992 Frame as a project. Any idea what length rigid forks would be suitable?

Im looking for rigid forks either; PACE (RC31s), P7`s or the standard forks provided on the frame at that time. Any advice that might be of help on this also appreciated.

At a guess if it's '92 it probably isn't suspension corrected, in which case 395mm would be your best bet. I may be wrong though.
