quality 1 1/4 headset please

I would like a reasonable quality 1 1/4 headset. Not so much about these days and the only one I've found so far is a bit naff:

I have most of an XT but appear to be missing vital elements such as most of it...

Hi,

I have a complete XT version available, cups are still in a frame but that shouldn't be much of a showstopper.
Edit: not sure if I still got the crown race..

Guess that's still on the steerer of the exhausted forks that were in the frame..
What'd be the best way to get it off undamaged?
