Putting pictures in you signature

It seems this is the only forum to post this, unless the Moderators move it?.....

I see some of you have little pics of your bikes as part of your signatures, how is this done please? I have tried saving tiny pics in a word document in various formats then pasting them into the the signature box in my profile page but it doesn't do anything. Any help would be great thanks.

I use XP image resizer [available free from microsoft site]
it has a section where you type in the number of pixels by the number of pixels
For the signature its 100x100 max
You type those numbers in ,press save then upload it
works on any pic you have saved ,best to pick something thats still legible when its reduced.

Cant believe the lengths some programs make you go to ,to resize a simple pic

entitled-

open,run it and forever more ,you'll laugh at others complexities
