Extra long budget seatpost.

26.6mm diameter, 400mm overall length (300mm max insert to rails)

Bought as a longer alternative for my 1994 Kona Fire Mountain, now no longer needed. Some scratches, and a little bit of mud visible in the photo (that I'll clean off before posting!)
