out of interest, how would you tell the diff between this and a silver one thats been stuck in the ano bath?

Aftermarket anodizing would color over any bits of minor damage, but not hide them. But the Ebay frame shows that the scratched areas show thrugh as silver.

There are lots of edges on a Pace, which are susceptible to nicks and scratches. (See the chain-suck shown on this bike.)

Once small bits of material are removed by stone-chips etc., they're not easy to fill and repairs would likely show through the new anodizing, as it doesn't hide anything.

So, before re-anodizing, existing scratches would have to be polished out, instead. It's difficult to do that without softening the edges, like on the CNC'd butted sections.

This one looks original and used and legit.
