Pure Sonus 1XT Radio problem

Anyone any experience of these PURE digital radios ?

Mine likes to randomly "reset" itself.So that when you switch it on, it has to autotune itself.And all your pre-sets are lost.

Complained to PURE who replaced mine with another ( even though I've had it 3 years).And two weeks on, this replacement has developed the same fault.
So am I the unluckist owner in the world or are they crap ?

I had one of those in the kitchen for years with no problems at all. I have now got a "Mini" or something like that in the bathroom that does the very same. I put it down to the rechargeable battery. Never been very good at recognising faults in electronic equipment. I always assume it's me

It's not you. I returned mine and they told me the software was corrupted.they replaced it,but two weeks later the new one now does the same. They are replacing that as well.
Ig you use google, software issues with pure radios is not uncommon.
Get onto their website and complain.they will replace any duff ones.I paid a lot for the son us and expect it to work for more that a year or so.
