Can anyone recommend a good, cheap (inexpensive) pump?

My Dunlop double barrel footpump has fallen to bits, after 2 years, about 100 tyres. It was OK, did the job well but once blew a seal which Dunlop posted out for free.

Halfords also have a Topeak track pump, steel with a decent looking head.

A fellow cyclist once helped out with one of the Cyclaire piston type pumps which worked well.

I also have a Muddy Fox branded run of the mill track pump, probably the same as the 4.99 one in HomeBargains. The valve head is a ball ache, the presta rubbers have just fallen to bits, the head never knows which hole to blow air from and the top just blows off the threads.

Any others I should consider, or any recommendations much appreciated.

I love my Lezyne Pump... not overly cheap though at £45 quid (I got mine for xmas last year).

My Lezyne isn't that good. Had a few issues with it, but they do have a very good reputation. I've maybe been unlucky.

Had a cheap JoeBlow which did me for years prior to this one i've now got.

Joe Blow for me too, the head is really good :) the spesh pumps get good reviews too!

Got 2 Specialized track pumps of varying vintage, had them for years, keep going with no problems.

got a cracking deal when i was at the bike shop and got an sks rennkompressor pricey but well worth it 3 years on still going strong 8)

I have two ssmall lezyne pumps aand i dont like the way you cannot open the barrel to replace the washer/o-ring .Seems disposable :?
Is the track pump you have TK sealed or can you dismantle it to replace washers and the like ?

I have the Joe Blow max 2 from topeak £25 and its not bad :D
