Puch on Fleabay - is it or isn't it ?

Hi all - saw this on eBay - the missing head badge & generic Puch black stickers makes me think it could be anything - some bits of the frame look Puch`ish but what about that 1 pc crank - i seem to recall kuwahara shared some BMX models/parts with Puch

any thoughts ?
