Just under 11 kg, tbh not worth money and time to get it lighter, just ride it now.... or when weather improves.

Planning on a ride tomoz. Think the weight is the forks tbh. I know the Sid rlt are light but only a120mm travel.
It's still light compared to the carbon epic I had as that was 23lbs..
I know I won't get it silly light and not really wanting to go down that route as it's a all day ride not a race whippet.
I still rekon it's the best bike I've owned so far.
After getting dw links anodised purely cosmetic. Also Mavic SLR'S would look the nuts

Sweet looking build with some nice touches. Lovely.

If you are thinking of getting the links anodised you should consider buying the upgraded Lopes link. It makes a very noticeable difference to the stiffness of the frame. I also fitted the upgraded lower link to mine but I couldn't tell the difference with that one.

Thanks for the info, will look into it. I've heard with the lopes links you can run 650B don't know weather it's true though?

The Lopes link won't make any difference to the wheel size you can run as its the same length as the original twin links, only one piece and much stiffer. You might be able to squeeze a 650b wheel in there as it is, otherwise a new swingarm will probably required to run the larger wheels.

I've had mine almost six years now and I think the seat post is the only remaining part from the first build. Currently M980 3x10, Hope wheels and brakes and 130mm RC41's for lightness and the look, but I'm planning to swap the forks for something heavier but plusher and with a bit more travel. Its a smidge under 24.5 lbs as pictured -

Those Pace forks do look nice, I take it there the carbon lowers on them.

Yup, all carbon lowers to match the frame and the black stanchions add to the stealthy look. The fact that they saved almost 1 1/2lb over the Fox Vanilla's I had before was a nice bonus.

I was looking to change them for an extra 10-20mm of travel so the Float's may fit the bill... Pm me the details .
