Campagnolo 11spd chain. Can't believe you need a special tool to fit it @£110,it better last!

Why is it so special / expansive?!

It cuts the pin and rivets it back into the chain,it's the only tool you can use.

Happy new year to everyone, project update, just bought 11spd freewheel 6 titanium and five steel sprockets,so light compared to my 8spd on my lemond. Also first component from the new 2015 super record groupset,the front mech.

I'm not keen on the new Campagnolo 2015 chainset,looks ugly,may get old chainset instead,any comments or suggestions appreciated.
