Proflex seat post Diameter

I Need a new seat post for my Proflex 656 as the serrations have failed on the original one but not sure if it's 27mm or 27.2mm?

Anyone know?

It looks like 27.2mm on a scale rule but not having a better measurement I can't be sure :?
Looking for an upright replacement, black or silver and can be cut down to as short as 20cm, if anyone has one lying around for sale

ive got a sycros titanium thats about 20cm its a 27.2 give me a shout if interested.

I've just borrowed a Vernier to measure up the old one properly if it's 27.2 I could be interested. What are you after for it?

The post is def. 27.2, I ran a bonty post when I had the bike. What happened to the post? The post was from the beast and as far as I could see had had very little use. :?

I do have a titec post that came with it originally which has been chopped but is very cheap

Yeah it did look ok but it moved a few times while riding it so I took it off and all the serrations were worn away to nothing, so couldnt lock it horizontal. What do you want for the Titec?
I'm using my road bike one at the moment and swapping between bikes.
What does it measure from the clamp base to end?

Sorry to here that, feel very bad now, never road the beast with the original seatpost (yours) but given the condition of the bike I assumed it was mint. You can have the titec gratis if it is any use to you.

Measures 178mm but as I say was that wee bit short for me so it has never been used by me.

To be honest you wouldn't know it was worn unless you took it apart, I just notice after each ride the angle had changed. So I started to use my road post but it's a bit of a pain switching back and forth.
