Problem with kooka cranks!

Hello! I'm here for first time.

I have a problem with my kooka cranks. I'm trying mount these cranks in my 93'Manitou FS and I cannot, because the spindle axle is too short (111mm) and the inner ring touch the frame.

Which is the minimum large of the spindle for mount these cranks? I heard that's 122.5 or 127.5mm. The rings are 110BCD.

Mmm I had some Kookas on my HT and I dont seem to remember them being really long...
I guess something like a 118mm is what I had on mine.
