Well, what can I say…. lots actually!
Andy is a really lovely bloke to deal with, friendly and upbeat and thoughtful.
This has to be one of the smoothest bicycle purchase transactions I’ve ever had, and one of the best packing jobs too!
The Kili arrived in an almost built condition, just requiring tyres, tubes, pedals and a saddle and it’ll be good to go!
Would deal with again without hesitation.
A total pleasure and credit to Retrobike.
