Precision billet proshift derailleur b screw on the wrong side help needed

Hi,

I have just attempted to mount my derailleur and I have noticed that the B screw is on the wrong side and I cant get it on the bike.

It is mounted forward and not to the rear like most derailleurs.


I have looked at the back of it and thought about removing the circlip to see if I can turn it around. But the circlip holes are far too tiny for my circlip tool.

What can I do?

Sound like its been rebuilt wrong?
Can you borrow a pair with a smaller nose.

The B screw should be behind the rear pulley like the barrel adjuster is.

I don't know anyone with a smaller pair of circlips and I cant gauge the size of them when looking online.

I might have to take it into my local bike shop to get some advice.
