Pre-IS Disc Caliper Adapter (or Hope Caliper?)

I started to build up my 1997 Sintesi Bazooka and realised that the rear disc brake mount is pre-IS. I have a set of Hope Open brakes I was going to fit to the bike, which are IS fitting.

Would anyone have an adapter to take an IS Caliper to. Pre-IS Mount? Or a Hope Caliper that would be compatible?

There were a couple of different mounts around pre IS so a picture could help Id what you need.

Hi, yeah looks like you need a hope No4 caliper, unfortunately I have no idea if they did an O or just the C. I might have a caliper but will need to check.

You can get an adapter but they are hard to find unfortunately.

Thanks again. That’s what’s great about this forum, such a wealth of knowledge and help.

If you have a Caliper (and you’d part with it) I’d happily buy it from you. I’m sure I can pick up an open/closed lever to match if it don’t have the right one.

Sorry the only 4 I have is on my bombers so in use I’m afraid, I thought I had 1 but it seems I have a couple of No1’s not 4’s.
