Poyner frames. Any good?

I'm looking for a 531 or similar frame as a refurb project.
I've been offered a frame built by Poyner in Birmingham. They seem too have a long and varied history, but I've never come across them before.

Anyone on here shed any light on them? Basically, are they any good?
