Posting frames

I've been given a quote for £40 to send a parcelled frame to another UK address - struck me as a bit much. Which is the best courier that you chaps have used?

I had a full bike sent from scotland last week for £27 ish ...all arranged through parcel2go (sent via TNT...but they use other couriers too)

Parcel force.£15 in the UK. Watch to sizing however.

I poped into a local shop that I use a bit and I know users a carrier. Asked nicely if it could go with their deliveries. Cost 11 quid in a bike box scrounded from a bike shop. Can't remember which company. Why not ask any shop that knows yu that does mail order. If you can that is.
