I think they would be lucky to get $2k for this bike, and that opening bid would deter a lot of bidders. For some reason Boulders have slipped through the net for high priced desirable retro bikes even though it ticks all the right boxes. I would be surprised if he gets an opening bid, even though I think it is worth every cent.
