Poor Kili Flyer!

Very good score. Looks like a flyer comp to me with a fillet fork. Probably paint over powder, if so well worth a full back to metal strip and wet repaint, assuming it fits

Cheapest thing about this one was buying it ha ha!

Re:

I'll wait and see. Think it looks big so hoping it fits. Will see how it rides first and go from there.

Rodriguez's rebuild was awesome but if this gets repainted it will be budget.

Anyway. Good times I hope.

Re:

Good on you mate! 8) 8) 8)

Was tempted to put in a cheeky bid as I'm not too far away. More to make sure it stayed on here really - would have sold off the frame and nice bits at cost. Much happier it went to you Coomber! (not sure you are ;-))

Re:

Thanks chap. Im always happier to see bikes end up on here too. Funny hey!

Might need your advice.

Such a bad influence you lot

what was your max bid on it? i was gonna take a punt on this at 87pounds but stopped myself at the last sec, had to ask myself why do I need another vintage mountain bike especially one that is 2 inches too large for me, painted the wrong colour and will need every component changing to bring it back to spec?

...the fillet brazing was drawing me in though.. ;-)

Re:

You knew it made sense!

This time next year Rodders, we'll be broke and have 10 bikes!
