The sticker was part of the kit that came for the bike. (The sticker kit was the same as those that were on the bike, however there was no aluminium grade sticker on the frame, I just used it up as it was supplied).
At the end of the day its a sticker that can be taken off if it is wrong. If you'd like to enlighten me I can amend it.

It was a question I guess. I had a 96 LTS1 and it was 6061 and a trunion shock frame.
Just wondering if GT changed something along the line or it was a sticker error.
It might just be that yours is an early one.
