Anyone heard of these cranks?
Vintage? Or just 2006 new Taiwan crap?

:?: :?:

they remind me of an "sr" crank, think they were or are part of suntour back in the day, remember seeing them in a shop i used to work in. it's the square taper that makes me think that coz if you compare it to the ac crank the square taper is at 45 degree out similar to "sr" cranks now. also the rings look like "sr".

like them though. :D

cyclone cranks

there is a guy offering a bunch of these sets for sale in the Netherlands...

but I never heard of these and probably they are not like the retro stuff from the mid '90s like grafton, cook bros, kooka and, yes, as AC?

cranks

a rep used to bring in a similiar crank when i worked retail in 1998/1999,
i would say these are the same... but a bit later, quite nasty looking mainly because of the rings and the cnc finish.

nothing really wrong with them, just not very refined / retro quality.
my advice, get some middleburns or cooks from ebay.

MARK.

To my information they are Tw made CNC cranks

Though Tw made they are still no real cheapies. Pretty much alike cranks are in my 97 Bike Workshop and they sold for 349 Mark

Not long ago there was a Rafty for sale with that crankset. Maybe it still is
