please help me identify this frame

Old School Hero
it was a road bike, the only thing i can tell about it is the drop outs: campagnolo.
it was a bad painted bike, and it was redone in this fixed gear shape

there was a time when most "real" bike shops built they're own frames
this could be anything
today they buy an Asian frame with the shop or whatever logo's on it

looks a nice bit of kit tho ,good find
 
from the lugs and the forks, they are similar to something I have, so could be from any 1 of a 100 independent frame builders from the early '70's
