Chicksands is not really worth a days excursion. The XC routes are not signposted at all. As with most places like this most of the singletrack is known by the locals and not easy to find if you don't know where to look. The bike park is £5 per day. Has a 4X, dual track, BIG jumps, short course downhill tracks and north shore area. There are no other facilities at all.
Haven't ridden at Woburn for a long time. I understand it is pay per day to ride anywhere. No sign posted routes and no facilities.
I would stick with Thetford and Brandon Country Park if you fancy some natural singletrack and the luxury of a cafe and toilets. We are meeting there tomorrow. See the Anglian rides and meets section for details.
