Please can someone tell me about these pedals?

Hi people... picked these Time pedals up in a job-lot from a local bike hire place. Are they newish or retro or what? can you still get cleats for them? are they any good?

time atac, still in use, cleats no problem from most places, bout 12ish quid i think, don't think they're retro yet just a few years old, 03ish maybe

They can be older than that ... I used to use them and I stopped cycling in 1998-ish ??

If you decide not to keep them I am looking for some spare ones

But I deff recommend them esp if you prefer lots of float etc
