If you are going to replace the woofers, remove one of the ones you have and take a look at the back, you should see some specifications, like Nominal Impedance etc., ususally 8ohm, sometimes 4. Ideally you should get replacements woofers with specs that match yours as closely as possible.

You may even find the make of your existing speaker cones, they may not actually be made by Bose, just re-badged and actually made by KEF or SEAS etc.

I would replace both woofers, because even if you get one that's identical, a new one will sound different to an old one and will make the stereo odd.
